And so begins week #2 for me. Now that I've gotten accustomed to things here ... time difference, workday schedules, food, accommodations, etc. ... I have a lot to accomplish - that is, after all why my firm sent me on this temporary assignment.
Last week was all about gathering information ... to understand things at a high level. Now I begin my "deeper dive"
And I'll be coordinating a series of meetings between the Pune team and members of my team back home. That'll mean some rather late nights for me, given the time difference ... but ... I've grown used to eating dinner at 9:30 - 10:00 pm.
